We analyze chargebacks and payment profiles compared to service fees agreed with merchants to help clients ensure that the right processes and system configurations are in place to reduce nonconforming transaction chargebacks, and to guarantee that clients are not paying higher merchant discount rates than agreed with their acquirer bank.
