The service includes support to the project sponsor, taking over the entire project management responsibilities, as well as project follow-up from the administrative point of view.  We provide status reports with assessments of open items, risks, commitments, change management and other components of project management throughout the project lifecycle up to completion. Additionally, we manage and record any “lessons learned,” which are capitalized to provide feedback for similar projects, in an environment of continuous improvement.
